Heads Arkhangelsk Center of Social Technologies “Garant” since 2004. “Garant” is a resource center for NGOs and a center for social development.
Marina’s experience in NGOs is 25 years. She is the author of the methodological toolkit “Bright Future for Small Territories”, a co-author of handbooks “Project Studies”, the author of trainings for NGOs “Foundations of Social Design”, “Foundations of Fundraising” and “Basics of NGO Management”. She conducted more than 1000 trainings for NGOs and commercial organizations on different aspects of social organizations functioning.
Marina has been involved in the development of local charity, coordination of the “NGO Trainers School” and the Russian School of Grantmaking for more than 20 years.
She graduated from Pomor State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
